These conditions shall apply to all orders for the sale of goods by Manchester & Lancashire FHS via the MLFHS Online Store.
All orders shall be deemed to be an offer by the customer to purchase the goods pursuant to these conditions.
The price and delivery charges shall be those prevailing at the date of receipt of the order.
Payments for goods ordered from MLFHS Online shall be made using credit or debit cards or via the RayPal service.
Customers wishing to order for payment "Cash on Delivery" must place their orders directly with Manchester and Lancashire FHS after obtaining agreement to this method of payment. Customers may also submit orders by post for payment by cheque. Orders should be sent to Mail Order Department, Manchester & Lancashire FHS, Clayton House, 59 Piccadilly, Manchester, M1 2AQ, England.
In the event of unavailability of any item ordered from the Society, we will contact the customer, indicate the probable delay, and agree whether the item is to be supplied later or deleted from the order with an appropriate refund.
The laws of England & Wales shall apply to all contracts.
